The annual Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program Carrier Conference will be held on March 29-30 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View in Virginia. At the conference, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) addresses program-wide issues as well as issues of special interest to all types (experience-rated, community-rated) of plans in the FEHB Program.

Last year’s conference addressed a wide range of leading issues including patient safety, quality metrics, and approaches to patient-centered medical homes and accountable care organizations. This year’s agenda is currently under development so we encourage you to check back frequently for more information on who and what will be presented.
